Introduction

This 35-day Leadership Coaching Executive Mini Master develops advanced knowledge and practical skills required to coach individuals, develop talent and improve leadership effectiveness within organizations.

The program focuses on coaching fundamentals, feedback skills, growth planning, motivation, leadership styles and practical coaching application. Participants will learn how to build effective coaching relationships, provide constructive feedback, support employee development, understand different leadership approaches and apply coaching techniques in real workplace situations.

Through practical coaching frameworks, case studies, leadership exercises and applied projects, participants will develop the ability to strengthen leadership capability, improve team performance and support continuous professional growth.

The final five days are dedicated to a thesis project, where participants apply the leadership coaching concepts and tools learned throughout the Mini Master to analyze a real organizational coaching challenge and develop a structured improvement plan.
